Efficient
If the service start date is earlier than or equal to the current date, and the service end date is greater than or equal to the current date, the equipment can normally enjoy the services stipulated in the contract.
Fail
If the service end date is earlier than the current date, the service has ended, and the equipment cannot enjoy the service stipulated in the contract.
Not found
If the SN number of the customer's machine is not found, it may be caused by the customer's input error.
Cancel
Cancellation of the contract due to various reasons is not a service basis.
